Regent Properties bought a 293,200-square foot office complex in the Desert Ridge area for $58.6 million.

Los Angeles-based Regent acquired the Desert Ridge Corporate Center from FCA Partners LLC of Charlotte.

The buildings are on the east side of Tatum Boulvevard north of the Loop 101 in Phoenix.

“Desert Ridge fits perfectly within our strategy of buying value-added office properties across the western United States,” said Eric Fleiss, president of Regent Properties.

Regent also recently bought an office property in Scottsdale that houses local operations for eBay and PayPal. CBRE Group brokers Barry GabelChris MarchildonKevin ShannonKen Whiteand Paul Jones brokered the deal.
