Edison Midtown Phase II

Falcon Park 303 Phase 2

Of note: A great deal of detail went into the Mountain Park Health Center Glendale Clinic’s lobby and entrance to promote community engagement and health and wellness. The project includes plenty of seating space in the lobby and front patio, a playground that includes an ADA accessible spinning wheel, a “misting forest,” a community garden and more. 

Mountain View High School Modernization

Of note: Phase one of the Mountain View Modernization included a complete rebuild of the 80,000 square-foot academic building. Phase two involved the redesign of the two-story Performing Arts Center, adding a 3,000 square-foot Whitebox. The final phase began in May of 2022 and included extensive upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering of the bottom floor.

Of note: The design of Newmark @ The Esplanade included an extensive interior glass partition system that turns walls into windows. Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital

The second phase involves a two-story, 33,000-square-foot expansion to the current hospital.

Of note: The Mercy Center project includes a two-story retail, office and restaurant feature. A flagship Starbucks location with a unique fire pit and patio spaces on both levels will be on the front of Val Vista Drive in the new development. This will be a legacy property to the Town of Gilbert and will help meet the needs of the growing community.

Of note: The Vantage Data campus was designed to blend into the community architecturally and with sustainability as a top priority. The company designed the Goodyear campus to use virtually no water for cooling, instead employing a closed-loop chilled water system with air-side economizers that allows for reduced energy use based on outside ambient temperature.
