EMS Leasing Company LLC acquired the industrial building at 1150 W. Drexel Rd. in Tucson, AZ from private investors for $9.89 million, or about $149 per square foot.
The 66,250-square-foot industrial building was constructed in 1979 on 8.3 acres in the Southwest Tucson Airport Industrial submarket of Pima County. The property was 100 percent leased to call center C3 on a triple-net basis at the time of sale.
The buyer and seller handled the direct deal in-house.
