The two-story, 82,942-square-foot Offices at La Paloma was constructed in 1992 in Pima County. The tenant develops and supports software solutions that automate laboratory and diagnostic processes for healthcare firms.
Andy Seleznov with Larsen Baker represented the landlord in-house. Mark Irvin of Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate Services and Eric Ramer at Icon Commercial Interests LLC represented the tenant.
