Terms of a settlement between bankrupt sapphire glass supplier GT Advanced Technologies and tech giant Apple Inc. will remain intact following a bankruptcy court judge’s decision to unseal documents both companies previously wanted to remain confidential.
Bloomberg reports Judge Henry Boroffordered the documents unsealed this week, at which time both Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and GTAT (OTC: GTAT) announced they had revised the terms of their settlement to make sealing of the documents unnecessary.
