Eastmark Ranked in the Top 10 Master-Planned Communities in the Nation for 2015
The numbers are in! Eastmark closed out 2015 and ranked among the top 10 selling master-planned communities in the nation.
Thanks to the hundreds of families who chose the Eastmark community this year, Eastmark made top 10 in the nation on two of the industry’s leading real estate lists: John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCLCO. These prestigious lists recognized Eastmark as the #1 best-selling master-planned community in Arizona, as well as #7 and #8 in the U.S. for 2015.
Eastmark saw strong traffic and sales in its neighborhoods all year. On average, the community sold 50 homes per month.
“Eastmark’s inclusion in this prestigious list is atestament to the incredible place that Eastmark is becoming, and the sustained growth and demand in the Southeast Valley,” said Dea McDonald, Eastmark’s General Manager and Senior Vice President for DMB.
According to resident surveys, Eastmark’s buyers enjoy the strong community life developing in the community.
