Glendale – A company formed by Bascom Arizona Ventures LLCpaid $40.5 million ($99,265 per unit) to acquire the 408-unitIndigo Creekapartments located at 14221 N. 51st Avenue in Glendale. The seller was CFS Indigo Creek LLC, a company formed by Falcon Southwest in Austin, Tex. (Phil Capron, pres.).

Phoenix – A company formed byDomain Communities in Houston, Tex. (James “J.D.” Golden, principal) paid $35.9 million ($53,423 per unit) to purchase the 672-unit Autumn Ridgeapartments at 1944 W. Thunderbird Road in Phoenix. The seller wasSummit Autumn Ridge LLC, formed by Summit Equity Investments Inc. in Los Angeles, Calif. (Michael Thom, Ryan Lynch, Joseph Rosen, John Lustgarten, partners).
MG PROPERTIES GETS BACK TO VALLEY BUYING . . . ACQUIRES 376 APARTMENTS FOR $35.6 MILLION
Tempe – After making its last Valley investment nine years ago, MG Properties Group in San Diego, Calif. (Mark Gleiberman, principal) is back as a buyer in the Phoenix market with the acquisition of a Tempe apartment project. Maricopa County records show four tenant-in-common (TIC) companies formed by MG Properties paid $35.6 million ($94,680 per unit) to acquire the 376-unit Garden Grove apartments located at 900 W. Grove Parkway.
