Please, if you have time, remember the sentencing date for Nadya’s ( Nadya Simone Unger ) killer will be next Tuesday August 29, 2017. I was told about 10.00 AM to 10.30 AM. PLEASE READ THIS, IF THIS IS TRUE, THE VENTURA COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM IS A VERY CORRUPT JUSTICE SYSTEM. THERE IS ONE GOOD THING, WE WILL ALL FIND OUT AT THE SENTENCING HEARING OR IT COULD BE THE SHOWCASE THEY PUT ON FOR US. WE ALL COULD BE GOING TO THE THEATER ON THE 29TH. OF AUGUST 2017. PLEASE SHARE THAT WITH EVERYBODY, I WANT EVERYBODY, ESPECIALLY IN VENTURA COUNTY, BUT ALSO THE WHOLE WORLD AND EVERY MAJOR NEWS STATION TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. AND I PRAY NOBODY EVER WILL HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THE PAIN GETTING A DAUGHTER KILLED, BUT IF IT EVER DOES HAPPEN, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU COULD BE UP AGAINST. THE POLICE CHARGED GARRETT VONGUNTEN, THE KILLER OF NADYA (AND I CAN SAY THIS NOW, BECAUSE HE ADMIITED IT WITH PLEADING GUILTY TO THE CHARGES) WITH “FELONI DUI” AND “GROSS VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER”
After the District Attorney tossed out the DUI charge, because he was not sure the jury will convict on this charge, in his own words, he told me, “I ONLY TAKE ON CASES I WIN”. Apparently, this is his track record, for 6 years now he gets a GRANT OF $382,123.00, PAID BY US THE PEOPLE, for doing so. Maybe it’s much easier to give a killer a smoking plea-bargain deal instead of doing his job and he will win the case for sure. He called me later on and said they offer a plea-bargain, and if the defendant plays guilty, it could be, maybe a misdemeanor, or one year county jail, the most 3 years federal prison. When I asked him about how is a misdemeanor charge possible, he told me he is on my side and he will try very hard for me not to let it be a misdemeanor charge, he was trying very hard to convince me he was my best friend in this case and kind of like he is my savior and I need him badly. And with all this fake bs he must have forgotten he is actually working for me, it’s his job and to do the best for me and not his ego. (Actually I already fired him after he told me he only takes on charges he can win). Then he told me the plea-bargain is completely out of his hands; he told me it is the judge is who offered the deal and there is nothing he can do about it, the judge made the decision for the deal and send it out the to the defense lawyer. I was naïve then and believed him, but I found out later it is the prosecutor and the defense attorney who work out the plea-bargain and then present it to the judge. He was lying to me, Nadya probably means nothing to him, he just wants to win every case. Maybe this is normal in Ventura County, when I asked the police why does it take so long to get the report ready, they told me they just want to make sure they got all the evidence for the DUI charge and want to make sure the DUI charge sticks” Now this is just my opinion, but maybe they know more than me and maybe they are just as frustrated as I am.
TODAY I WAS TOLD VENTURA COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM OFFERED THE DEFENDANT A PLEA-BARGAIN OF “PROBABTION”OR MAYBE “ONE YEAR PRISON AND PROBABTION”. I only was told about this by somebody and in the moment I am not accusing anybody, I am just telling you what I heard. But If it is true, it would be the most corrupt justice system in the world, and this is hard to believe, even for me. I was told the judge ordered the plea bargain, and I am also hearing again it was totally out of the prosecutors hand. And again, if this is true, why do they need a prosecutor? Every way you look at this, he should be fired, #1 is going along with the judges orders and #2 allowing Injustice in the greatest way. And what about the fact, NADYA WILL NEVER BE BACK and Garrett who was, “as per the State of California”, “not under the influence” in contrary to the police report who had enough evidence to charge him with DUI. There is also the fact, Nadya’s Killer said “after overtaking cars who only stopped because there was a big train coming and therefore the red light was flashing and the arm was down”; “I DID NOT SEE A TRAIN”.
HE ALSO HAD A PREVIOUS DUI CHARGE AND A SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE AT THE TIME HE KILLED MY BABY.
What do all of you think?, I will tell you my opinion, I think all this fact would look suspicious to anybody. Most people would say there is enough evidence to at least to try to find the truth and nothing but the truth. Isn’t that how they say it? Even if they don’t care about one lost life, they should at least be make sure he will not kill anybody else. He admitted killing Nadya, so doesn’t that say now he admitted being reckless, maybe even dangerous person for all the public. He also drove under the influence before and had an accident, the first time maybe he was just lucky he did not kill anybody. But then a 100% fact, he did not respect the law, probably laughed at the DUI charge and drove with a suspended license with my daughter in the back of his bike; “bingo” first big red flag for probably any normal human being. And then, as per all of his history of being reckless, and the evidence the police had to charge him with a DUI, he was most likely under the influence again, driving with a suspended license with my daughter on the back of his bike and killing her. What happened about finding out the truth and nothing but the truth, nobody will ever now. There must be at least a little hint somewhere for the Ventura County District Attorneys and for the Ventura County Justice system, or maybe even for any prosecutor. They are all being paid by us to protect us, or am I wrong here? I am just thinking out loud, because since Nadya got killed I am getting very confused about right and wrong, nobody cares about the fact’s and now I have to include nobody actually in the Ventura County Justice system cares about the law, if they care there is only one other explanation, they don’t know the law and maybe you should let some people take over who know the law and respect it or at least can take major hints, I am not even mention the little ones. Maybe we can safe one life firing all of them. I just remembered, I gave the DA another hint which in my opinion is very easy to follow up. I am not a lawyer but I think a witnesses like this could be very important for the prosecution in a murder case, I also know you have to put them under oath. The hint was one of my daughters killers friends put a remark on FB the day after Garret Vongunten killed my daughter and this person said they were all in some house in the area this afternoon and he was disgusted with Garrett who was drinking and doing drugs all afternoon on the day he picked up Nadya and then killed her on his bike. Unfortunately I was in a bad shape and forgot to make a picture of it and when I remembered again the remarks were gone, my fault. But with all the high tech tools we are paying for the justice system to keep us safe you would think a prosecutor would follow up on a major lead like this and if he cannot find the facebook remarks anymore, which is in my opinion is very unlikely with all the high tech tools. In my opinion they should at least try to find out where Garrett was in the afternoon this day and put the people he was together with on the witness stand after they get a hint like this. But then again, if you already made up your mind why would you, makes sense to me. And maybe that is the job for the Police which I thought are on the same side of the law and therefor in my opinion it would makes sense to work together. There is such miner priority in this case ?, somebody did get “killed”, it’s proven now. They are doing it right in TV shows, maybe they should take over the justice system. Anyhow that is my opinion, I know there are many people out there who are a lot smarter than I am, and maybe some people who have experience in this area, please give me your opinion and maybe a little hint. I am open to any suggestions, just don’t tell me to forget the facts, kiss there butt and hope for the best. I got nothing to lose, I lost already, my baby is dead and will never be back. So everything from here on is a win, nobody can hurt me anymore.
Now let’s get back to facts, after they dragged it out for 16 month, maybe after all this time a lot of people kind of forget, and if it is true and the justice system made the deal, at the sentencing hearing on August 29, 2017, they will put on a “show case” for us the people. Why do you need a sentencing hearing if you know the outcome already, that is actually an insult to me. They are using us “the stupid people” for their greed for ego, money and power; why not put up some shows for us we are the ones paying for it.
THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY GOT WHAT HE WANTED, HE WON THE CASE, HE KEPT UP HIS GOOD RECORD AND WILL BE GETTING AGAIN $380,000 FROM “US THE PEOPLE” FOR THE GREAT JOB HE IS DOING,
THE DEFENSE LAWYER WON, HE IS A HERO NOW AND CAN PUT UP HIS FEES.
THE KILLER OF NADYA IS LAUGHUNG AGAIN, EVEN IF HE GETS A YEAR, BY THEN HE WOULD HAVE SPEND HALF HIS SENTENCE IN THE COUNTY JAIL, WHICH IS PROBABLY LIKE A RESORT HOTEL COMPARED TO THE FEDERAL JAIL. HE WILL BE BACK OUT AND LET’S JUST HOPE HE WILL NOT KILL ANYBODY ELSE.
HORRAY, LET”S ALL PARTY NOW.
And my baby, which they used as a tool for all their glory, is dead and doesn’t matter anymore. With all the power, we the people, who pay them to work for us, they are not even thinking about a dad who will never be a sheep and will never stop fighting for justice for his daughter. The more he gets pushed around the more it will become a challenge for him and he will get more determined by every set back he gets.
On my last birthday before my baby was killed, she gave me wooden plaque which has the engraving “WINNER NEVER QUIT AND QUITTERS NEVER WIN” and a wooden pen with the engraving “NEVER GIVEV UP”. This was always Nadya’s and my little secret.
And also Karma will get all of them. Karma is nothing magic, it will always work, because everything you give out will come back eventually. So we don’t need magic, it’s all common sense.
I need all of you to help me, please share this with everybody, Social Media and the Media is my best friend for justice for Nadya. (I just remembered Nina collected close to 600 signatures for justice for Nadya for the DA, what a joke, I would like to know if they even looked at it once). Sometimes it takes a while for social media to work and if it does not go the way we want it to right now, it’s just a temporary setback, but everything we put out there will be out there for a long time and as long as we believe in “nothing is impossible” there will be “nothing impossible” remember “IMPOSSIBLE IS A WORD TO BE FOUND ONLY IN A DICTIONARY OF FOOLS” (Napoleon Bonaparte).
