29 Acres of Industrial Land Sells For $7 Million in Southwest Phoenix

A 29-acre parcel at the SWC of 75th Ave. and Interstate 10traded for $7,050,000.

The buyer, McClain Foods Services plans to build an approximately 200,000 SF freezer/cooler building. Construction is expected to start in 2013. EJM Development Co. of Los Angeles was the seller.

Lee & Associates Principal Stein Koss and Mike Quint with Jackson & Cooksey of Dallas, TX negotiated for McClain, Rick Robertson and Allen Lowe on behalf of the seller.

“This facility will serve McClain’s restaurant clients in Arizona, Eastern California and as far east as El Paso, TX,” said Koss. “We looked at several markets and felt Arizona, and more specifi cally this site, would serve their needs best.”
