Job description

Kasten Long Commercial Group is looking for a skilled and energetic office manager executive administrative assistant to join our lively professional team. The ideal candidate is extremely bright and motivated with the ability to multi-task in a friendly, relational boutique commercial real estate brokerage. The position involves overseeing day-to-day office management, and assisting the Designated Broker and associate brokers with marketing and documentation compliance with the AZ Department of Real Estate. This person is the face of the agency, the first to greet clients and vendors, so a friendly and personable demeanor is a must.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential. The successful candidate must be an experienced LICENSED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL in the state of Arizona with at least one year of real estate experience and a desire to assist in the growth of the brokerage.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Kasten Long Commercial Group is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage located in the Camelback Corridor of central Phoenix. Office hours are 9 a.m.  to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Duties will include website management, accounting, advertising and promotion management, forms and policyg management,  answering phones, managing office equipment and supplies, managing the company calendar and roster, coordination of staff meetings, booking special events, and contact with landlord,  The successful candidate will be PC-proficient and have 2+ years of expience in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of LoneWolf, Publisher, and WordPress are a PLUS.
