Moody’s/RCA CPPI: Industrial Leads Price Gains Over the Last Three and 12 Months

Highlights
The Moody’s/RCA Commercial Property Price Indices (CPPI) national all-property composite index increased 2.1% in January, led by a 2.4% increase in commercial prices. The smaller apartment component rose by 1.4% in January.
