Eleven Arizona companies made this year’sInc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., two more than last year’s total.

The Arizona companies on the 2013 list come from a wide range of industries, including consumer products and services, health, financial services, manufacturing, energy, software, human resources, IT services, business products and services, and advertising and marketing.

Four companies are from Phoenix, four from Scottsdale, and one each from Tempe, Gilbert and Chandler.

The Joint and GlobalMed were the only companies that also were listed last year, ranked 94 and 95, respectively.

The Joint, a chiropractic clinic based in Scottsdale, is the second highest-ranking company in the state at No. 45. The company grew by 5,962 percent in three years and has $7.4 million in revenue.

“The Inc. 500 list represents the finest in American business,” the Joint’s CEO, John Leonesio, said in a prepared statement. “In just two short years and with over 400 franchises awarded nationally, the Joint is well on its way to joining the ranks of some of this country’s most successful companies.”

WebPT, a Phoenix-based software company, made the list for the first time and is the sixth fastest-growing company in the state. The company has grown by 1,837 percent and has $8.9 million in revenue.

WebPT President and Chief Technology Officer Brad Jannenga said making the list is an “incredible honor.”

“We were disheartened that we came just shy of receiving the honor last year due to being short just a few thousands dollars in revenue during our first year in business,” he said in a statement. “So, it’s very exciting and validating to achieve the recognition this year.”

Jannenga said he hopes the recognition will not only help his company continue its “amazingly rapid and profitable growth, but brighten the spotlight on the burgeoning tech and entrepreneurial communities here in Arizona.”

  We barely could give land away the last few years, but times are changing.  Even in those meager years, I sold more land across the state than most other brokers. Before the real estate crash I was a land specialist in Arizona with millions of dollars of transactions, but then I had to change and also sell other commercial investment properties, which was fun, but I am a Commercial Landspecialist in Arizonal, a Commercial Land Specialist in Phoenix and love to sell land, one acre to thousands of acres.

Since I was a Land Specialist in Arizona and a Land Speciaost in Phoenix many of my clients, Sellers and Buyers remember me and now they are calling me again, so this is the time to get back into land and none of my clients, including future clients, will miss out on getting their best deal.

Also, if you are up-side down on your land, like many Americans, and the lender is giving you a hard time, now is the time to put your land on the market. Lenders are making deals now with short sales.  I have been working with banks for many years – I learned how to work with them.
